Capital Business Leaders Forum on Service is a DC metro area project led by the Rotary Club of Washington DC and its participating partners, and supported by its sponsors. Forum leaders and committee staff are all volunteers. The CBLFS neither solicits nor receives funds other than donations by sponsors to support the Annual Forum on Service and the National Community Service Day activities.
