The success of the Capital Business Leaders Forum on
Service is dependent upon the goodwill and commitment of our Business
Partners. If you are a Capital metro area business or government
organization with more than 20 employees, we want your help. Business
Partners will get an opportunity to review our community needs assessment
and select activities they would like to
participate in 2010. Our CBLFS "matchmakers" will assist each business or organization to develop
a Service Plan for 2010. Business Partners will be invited to attend the
First Annual Forum on Service to meet with prominent national and community leaders;
and their Service Plans will be featured in a CBLFS Report to the Community,
2010. Additionally, our Business Partners will be featured in various
media and outreach activities.
What is a Service Plan?
A Business Partner’s Service Plan for 2010
follows a CBLFS template that includes the following as a minimum:
Businesses may select from the CBLFS needs
assessment submitted by local community service organizations, or a beneficiary that
has already been identified in your organization’s existing community
service portfolio.
Business Partner Service Plans will be assembled into the CBLFS Report to
the Community, 2010 which will be
distributed to national and community leaders.
